Born and raised in New York, David brings a blend of big-city perspective and grounded operational experience to everything he builds. With more than twenty years working across real estate, title, and executive leadership, his career has been shaped by navigating complex markets, building teams, and making high-stakes decisions in competitive environments. Miami has served as a central hub for much of this work, where he has led real estate operations, advised organizations, and built businesses with a long-term view.

David’s professional foundation is strengthened by ten years of honorable service in the United States Marine Corps, an experience that instilled discipline, accountability, and a principled approach to leadership. These values continue to inform how he advises founders, executives, and leadership teams — emphasizing clarity over chaos, depth over distraction, and stewardship over short-term gain.

In addition to his consulting work, David is an author of three books, including The Truth About Failure, which became an Amazon bestseller.
