Freedom Coaching has been influenced by my time serving in the United States Marine Corp, the multiple businesses I have successfully launched and operated and my life. Because let’s face it – life happens!
MY UNITED STATES MARINE CORP EPIPHANY
I have been running and operating real estate teams and businesses for over a decade now. Prior to that, I had a sales job that motivated me to love sales. And of course, prior to that I spent almost 9 years in the United States Marine Corp.
I love reading business books/ articles and learning about how people are developing teams for real estate. I wanted to run it successfully and we all know that success leaves clues. So, why not research what the successful team leaders were doing and emulate them.
What I noticed was everyone was doing the same thing and few had real organization that would enhance their team and lead them to Freedom. Then I thought about the Marines…
The Marines for over 200 years have been building teams with unbreakable bonds. Teams that support each other through every battle and take care of each other at home. Teams that respect the vision and mission and see the bigger picture. They see more than just themselves. So I took everything I learned from that aspect of team development and merged it with how we develop businesses in real estate.
Now I bring that to my Achievers! The second you sign up for coaching with me, you are a Freedom Achiever. Someone who took the first step toward growth and Freedom.
HOW COACHING BECAME A PASSION
A decade ago I was running a team at a brokerage and we were pretty successful. Actually, it was the first team I had ever built and we were constantly #1 in our office for sales. The leaders in the office asked if I would take the time to teach a class in the office once a week. I accepted.
A bit nervous to be on the soap box, I took off and taught as much as I could. And I fell in love. Not just with my wife who I met sitting in one of my classes but with the whole idea of being able to be a small part of something bigger. Helping people achieve their goals through entrepreneurship and real estate.
DIRECT, REAL and ACCOUNTABLE ACTION is REQUIRED
You better believe when a Marine is your coach, you will be held accountable for your actions. And rest assured that any of our coaches are directly coached by me.
That being said, it’s not my job to make you successful and force you into action. I’m not coming to your house to rip you out of your bed and motivate you to do better. You have to want that on your own.
What we will do is give and guide you down a proven, winning, formulated, strategic path. One that has helped hundreds of people find success and some, find their own freedoms.
Come prepared to TAKE ACTION or don’t come at all. It’s that simple.
THE FREEDOM EXPERIENCE
Your Freedom is personal to you. I will help you discover it. Your freedom is very different from your WHY or your PURPOSE. Your Freedom is what you envision your life to be when you find the success you are looking for.
For some, that could be $60K a year while they have all the time in the world to hit every baseball game, cook every dinner and check every homework assignment. For others, it’s $60M a year with the ability to work and travel to far away places while their businesses continue to work for them.
Both come with their own set of effort, disciplines and sacrifices. But it can be all accomplished with your effort throughout the entire process.
WHAT TO EXPECT AND WHAT I EXPECT FROM YOU
Honestly, this is such an easy part of the whole process.
You can expect that my team and I will put together our collective experience, our time and our effort into your success.
We expect for you to show up and TAKE ACTION. Otherwise, the system breaks (for you because we will be in tact) and you will be responsible for it all.
WHY ME? WHY NOT ME?
I was raised in a poverty environment in a home driven by the importance of education, work and results. My mother worked hard to keep us fed and went to school to better herself. My step father (till I was 14) was a laborer and did whatever he had to do to help keep food on the table. From that, I became a pain in the butt teenager who turned his life around in the Marine Corp. Earned a Masters Degree in International Business. Opened several companies and developed a taste for helping others win in an industry that is designed to beat you down!
That being said, I am not your babysitter or your magician! I will give you 100% and I expect 100% in return. Otherwise, we may not be the best fit for each other. And that’s okay too. There are plenty of coaches out there that will cuddle you and make you feel good. I want to help you make money, develop systems and find your Freedom.
