His background includes leading real estate teams, advising organizations through growth and contraction, and navigating high-stakes leadership in competitive markets.
Today, David works with founders, executives, and leadership teams through private consulting engagements, helping them simplify complexity, sharpen focus, and execute with intention. His perspective is shaped by real-world experience — building teams, managing pressure, and making decisions that require discipline rather than noise.
He is also the host of Forged Into Man, a podcast and platform dedicated to conversations about discipline, responsibility, faith, and the internal work required to become a grounded, capable leader in a chaotic world.
