You can’t scale without systems. You can’t grow without clarity.

I use a CRM to track every lead using 3 simple—but powerful—insights:

  1. Problem: What problem did the client share with me?

  2. Positioning: How did I present our solution to match their need?

  3. Follow-Up Plan: What’s the ongoing strategy based on their situation—not a generic pitch?

This is how you remember the details, follow up with purpose, and deliver real value.

🔹 Use ChatGPT to rewrite follow-up emails with empathy.
🔹 Use Typeform or Google Forms to collect pain points before your first meeting.
🔹 Use Loom to record short, personal video updates that speak directly to their concerns.

That’s how you show up differently.
